Navigate to 'Campaigns'

From the left-hand menu of your workspace, select 'Campaigns'. This is where you manage and create your email campaigns.

Click 'Create Campaign'

In the 'Campaigns' section, click on the 'Create Campaign' button located at the top right corner of the page.

Enter Campaign Details

You'll be directed to a new page where you can enter details about your campaign. Fill in the 'Campaign Name' field and provide a description for your campaign. Choose 'Segment Triggered' as the campaign type.

Select Target Segment

In the 'Target Segment' field, select the customer segment you want to target with your email campaign. This could be a segment you've previously created based on user actions or attributes.

Define the Workflow

On the next page, you'll define your campaign's workflow. Drag and drop 'Email' from the left menu onto the workflow canvas.

Create the Email

Click on the 'Email' block in the workflow to configure your email. Enter a subject and select or create a new sender identity. Then, design your email content using the provided editor. You can also add personalizations, images, and links to your email.

Save & Review

After designing your email, click 'Save & Exit'. Review your campaign setup, ensuring that everything is set up correctly.

Start the Campaign

When you're ready to send the campaign, click 'Start'. You'll see a confirmation message and your campaign will start, sending emails to customers in your target segment.
